How long before we get our product?
Depending on the availability, once the goods have been placed on order, the normal delivery lead time is 1 week or 7 business days. In unusual circumstances, customers will be informed.
Can we pick up the merchandise?
Our facility is located in Etobicoke, and all merchandise pickup arrangements can be made if delivery is not the option you would like to excercise.
What happens if we dont like the product?
Our satisfaction guarantee is that if you are not fully satisfied with our product offering, you are entitled to a full refund within 3 business days and in non-damaged condition. We will, however, apply a delivery charge if the goods were delivered through our services.
